1. The installation position and number of the display screen

• Except for special circumstances, it is advisable to make more than 95% of the audience in the venue with formal fixed seats meet the maximum sight distance requirements.
• Athletes, coaches and referees at the competition site (except for the on-site scoring referee in diving competitions) can easily and clearly see the content displayed on the screen.

2. Reliability

The reliability of the stadium display screen should meet the requirements of 5.10 in SJ/T11141-2003.

3. Safety

1. The safety requirements of the stadium display screen should meet the requirements of 5.4 in SJ/T11141-2003.
2. The display screen in the stadium should be powered separately, and it should meet the requirements of 5.8 in SJ/T11141-2003. The construction acceptance of the cable line of the stadium display screen shall meet the requirements of GB50168 and GB50171. The engineering quality should meet the requirements of GB50303.
3. Devices containing polymer materials in the stadium display screen (including: LED module shell, LED module filling glue, PCB board,LED Power supply,cord sheath, etc.) shall be flame retardant material.
4. The display screen of the stadium should have the functions of smoke detection, lightning protection, automatic fire alarm and automatic screen shutdown, and the power distribution cabinet should have the function of overload protection, leakage protection and step-by-step power-on function.

4. Maximum viewing distance and character height

5. Optical properties

1. Perspective

The horizontal viewing angle of the stadium display screen is not less than 1500, the vertical upper viewing angle is not less than 100, and the lower viewing angle is not less than 200.

4. White field chromaticity coordinates

The chromaticity coordinates of the white field can be adjusted within the color temperature of 5000K-9500K according to the use environment. According to the CIE1931 chromaticity system, the tolerance is x∣≦0.030, y∣≦0.030

5. Brightness uniformity

The unevenness of the display screen of the stadium should be less than 10%.

6. Display Control

1. The rolling timing of the game can be displayed in real time.
2. You can scroll to display the game results.

4. The displayed text content can be switched automatically or manually.
5. For the display screen with graphic and video display functions, the text and pictures, animations, and live broadcast images should be able to automatically and manually switch each other.

7. Interface

1. Network interface

Should have IEEE802.3 Ethernet interface.

2. Data interface

It should have the ability to assemble a variety of data interfaces, including standard RS-232 serial interfaces, and be able to connect with the timing and scoring system at the competition site to receive data.

8. Power supply performance

1. Frame change frequency

The frame changing frequency of the LED video display should not be less than 60 frames/s.

2. Refresh frequency

The refresh rate of the graphic display screen for sports venues should not be less than 60Hz; the full-color refresh rate should not be less than 240Hz,

3. Pixel out of control rate

The out-of-control rate of the stadium display screen should be no more than 3/10,000, and the out-of-control rate of the stadium display screen should be no more than 2/1,000, and it should be discretely distributed.

4. Gray scale

For the display screen used to display video images, each primary color should have 256-level (8-bit) grayscale processing capability.

5. Video display resolution

In order to ensure the video display effect of the display screen, the minimum resolution of the video screen displayed on the display screen is 320(W)X240(H)

a. The display screen can display at least 13 lines of 16 dot matrix Chinese characters, the line spacing is not less than 1/10 of the characters, and each line can display at least 25 Chinese characters.
